Kayli, the founder and visionary behind Monark, embarked on her hair journey during her high school years. Since then, she has nurtured an unwavering passion and dedication to the field. In 2013, she obtained her cosmetology license, marking a significant milestone in her professional growth.
With over a decade of experience honing her skills from behind the stylist's chair, Kayli made the bold decision to establish her own sanctuary, Monark. As time went on, she persistently sought opportunities to broaden her knowledge and expertise, continually expanding her repertoire. Today, she specializes in men's hair replacement systems (Hairskeen) and offers unique crocheted dreadlock services.
Looking ahead, Kayli sets her sights on an ambitious objective: assembling a team of exceptionally talented individuals at Monark. With a background in charcoal surrealism & impressionism, her artistic journey has lead her to specialize in neo-traditional, fine line work, and illustrative custom designs. Since 2019 she has been bringing creativity, skill, and personalized touch to every piece she creates.
